Between the Briefs, Steno's podcast on litigation, court reporting, and legal technology, has won Silver for Podcast of the Year in the 2026 Best in Biz Awards International.

Between the Briefs was recognized alongside winners spanning CSR, marketing, and PR categories, including Dubai Municipality, IBM, and Otter PR. It's good company, and it says something about where the show has landed with its audience.

The podcast is hosted by Steno’s Joe Stephens, JD, and Adrian Cea. Best in Biz Awards is now in its 14th year, with the International program dating back to its first edition in 2013. This year's judges included writers, editors, and broadcasters from Sky News and TechRadar in the United Kingdom, the Irish Independent, and NDR in Germany, alongside press from Australia, Brazil, Canada, India, Indonesia, New Zealand, Singapore, and more. If a podcast wins here, it's because journalists around the world decided it earned the recognition.
